Some facades are outdated and appear dull. The environment around such facades can be affected or the use of the building can be underestimated. When a building has a good facade it can inspire people to use the building or make the environment more appealing. A facade can also enhance the special features of a building and thereby increase the value or demand and stimulate rent or sale.

This facade is inspired by an optical effect. The entire facade is dressed with panels of Trespa or Eternit in a light teint. The light panels are applied in between the columns of the facade. The columns thereby stay in sight. The light panels form a background for the square levels on top. The square levels are executed in the same material and have a gradient in dark green.
